The Service Champions are an independent body of Freebridge customers responsible for scrutinising and challenging Freebridge services. They will meet collectively and this group will be known as The Service Champion Forum.

Once we have this information we will shortlist and devise a plan of action to dig deeper into these areas with the aim of making improvements to the level of service you receive.
