- Phone if you call 03332 404 444 and press 2 - You will need either your tenancy reference, leasehold reference, or invoice reference to hand. Please have a pen and paper handy to write down the authorisation code that confirms your payment.
- Direct Debit. This is the easiest way to pay; it’s quick and simple, and keeps you in control. You can pay by Direct Debit weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly on any day of the week/month. If your rent amount is small or if you only pay for service charges, then you can even set up a quarterly or annually. It really is simple. Just call us on 03332 404 444, and choose option 3 to speak to our Income Team – we’ll just need your bank details and we’ll do the rest.
- Cash, cheque, credit or debit card at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet.
