Allocations and Lettings Policy consultation

This policy sets out our standard for practice, demonstrating that we let homes in a fair, transparent and efficient way, make best use of out homes and work with our Local Authority partners to assist them in meeting their housing duty.

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Tenancy Policy which outlines our commitment to creating sustainable communities and tenancies, whilst also making best use of our housing stock by offering a range of tenures. Our Rent Setting and Service Charges Policy outlines our position in respect of the rents we charge.
