Your role as a Mystery Shopper is crucial in helping us improve the quality of our telephone service. You’ll be assessing calls both when you contact Freebridge and when our team calls you. Your honest feedback will help us enhance the overall experience.
Here’s what we’d like you to focus on:
- First Impressions: Whether you’re making or receiving a call, how easy is it to engage? Were you greeted warmly and professionally?
- Clarity and Helpfulness: Did the team member clearly understand and address your query? Were their responses helpful?
- Professionalism and Friendliness: Were they polite, respectful, and friendly? Did they make you feel valued?
- Resolution: Was your query or issue satisfactorily resolved by the end of the call?
