If you are unhappy with a service you have received and have given the team a chance to put the situation right, we would like to hear about it. Please email us with a brief account as to what the service you requested, what was received, why you were unhappy and what the team have done to address the situation.
As soon as we receive this information we will investigate and will email you with an update.
Equally, we would love to know when things do go well. Perhaps you have received an excellent service from a member of the Freebridge Team or contractors that you feel we should know about. Please do take the time to share with us this experience as we do recognise our team when they provide an excellent service.
