Feedback is more valuable than gold. Knowing the good, the bad and the indifferent is key for us to create the right services for you.
Do you know how you can give your feedback?
There are a number of ways:
1. Customer Satisfaction Surveys - twice a year we will be conducting surveys via a third party, BMG. The results and your comments are fed back to the Board, Leadership Team, Colleagues, your Customer Ambassadors and Service Champions which are then considered when making strategic decisions
2. Quick Polls and Surveys on the 'myfreebridge' platform. You can be an Armchair Advisor and let us know when you are happy and when we can improve
3. Direct contact with the team - if we have not performed well, we would encourage you to reach out to the department directly in the first instance to give them the opportunity to put everything right.
4. Contact the Complaints Team - if you are still really unhappy our Complaints Team are ready to speak with you and will guide you through our complaints process to ensure that a resolution is found. you can email them at feedback@freebridge.org.uk or call 03332 404 444 and ask to speak with the Complaints Team directly
5. If a member of our team has exceeded your expectations or gone the extra mile you can let us know in the Guestbook or email the Customer Voice customervoice@freebridge.org.uk
We look forward to hearing your views and reading your ideas for change!

Have we exceeded your expectations in the last 6 months?
If things have gone really well we would love to know as it is important to showcase to the team what customers value and what they would love to see more of. If you are unhappy with anything please do email us at Feedback@freebridge.org.uk and the team will work with you to make you smile again!

The more I visit the platform, the better it seems. It's packed with useful information and help. There is no longer an excuse for anyone to say they find it difficult.

It would be great if tenants were allowed to discuss issues and ideas on here between themselves, rather than only be able to comment on controlled topics. What a boring visit this was!

Technically the platform does keep improving and the links to other information is very good - It's made clear who to contact for virtually everything you need to know, events, and much more. It just seems void of vibrant comments and discussion between tenants.

Me too. I second that. I like the platform and it's obvious the work that's gone into it. I do pop on regularly and hope I'll see a few more posts. It's important to feel your ideas and thoughts are valued in a safe environment.
