Become part of an independent body responsible for scrutinising and challenging Freebridge services. Your insights and feedback will help us improve and ensure that we're meeting your expectations.
Customer Ambassador
Join our Customer Voice Panel and influence strategic decisions that directly affect you and your fellow tenants. Your role is crucial in providing assurance that we're meeting regulatory standards and delivering value for money.
Board Member with lived experience of Freebridge Services
Take on a leadership role by joining our Board of Directors. Your experiences as a tenant living in our managed homes and within the wider community will help shape our policies and services. As a Board Member, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, receive a fee of £5,100 per year, and work alongside dedicated individuals who share a common goal of building better futures.
