These Ambassadors influence strategic decisions, making a difference for the diverse group of tenants they represent. Service Champions form an independent body of Freebridge customers who scrutinise and challenge our services, working collectively as the Service Champion Forum. Their mission is to ensure we provide excellent customer service that meets the diverse needs of our community.


Together, these groups help Freebridge co-create better homes, communities, and local spaces. By listening to and acting on customer feedback, we aim to make local communities the best they can be.
